Integrating Gait Analysis into Lower Limb Orthotic Prescription

This interactive workshop will cover new technologies and assessment capabilities in the prescription of AFO devices for patients with neuromuscular conditions.

Placing emphasis on patient assessments, outcome measures and clinical case studies, the workshop will compare new componentry in lower limb orthotics and explore the benefits of utilising gait analysis technology throughout patient prescription.

After this workshop you will gain an improved understanding of gait biomechanics, gait analysis and the benefits of using the RehaGait as a clinical tool. Attendees will also learn about the usage and indications of the Becker Triple Action ankle joint and will be given the opportunity to get ‘hands on’ with the various products throughout the session.
